Chimano pleaded with his former bandmate to reach out to him.
He urged him to place a call and revealed he had made countless attempts but was unable to get hold of him on the phone.
"Bien, call me, I know we were bandmates before we have been together for years. Just call me, I’ve been trying to hit you up, Bien. Call me, I thought we were brothers. We have been together since high school, come on, call me Bien,” Chimano said in an interview with Okay Africa digital media.

Is Bien Baraza married?
The former Sauti Sol band leader married his Nigerian wife, Chiki Kuruka, in 2024 in a low-key wedding attended by only 50 guests.
Bien revealed that he spent KSh 50,000 on his wedding, graced by the who's who in the showbiz industry. Nameless and Nyashinski performed at the wedding.
Bien and Chiki are madly in love and always pamper each other with love. Chiki is Bien's manager, and he has always credited her for helping him manoeuvre the international market.
"As a musician, Chiki has taught me how to speak to a global audience. You know, first of all, when I met Chiki, she did not know Swahili. Now she does. So I had to speak to her in English all the time, and that made me improve my communication skills in that language. So when I am in another country and I am on stage and I am communicating to people, it does play a part you know," he said in a previous interview.
During his US tour, Bien had a chance to appear on the Breakfast Club, and he revealed that his manager, Chiki, has access to all his money. He shared that he also has access to hers, disclosing that they were building a future for their children.
The lovebirds have been together for slightly over four years, and in March, they celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary.
He penned a heartfelt message to Chiki, saying she was everything he prayed for.

In other news, YouTuber Andrew Kibe divided opinions after claiming that Sauti Sol had split up because the four members turned their attention to romantic relationships.
In a TikTok video, Kibe claimed that if the musicians had remained focused on their music and each other, they could have reached mega-global superstar status.
He also took a jab at Bien, one of the Sauti Sol members, suggesting that his wife has influenced him to such an extent that he no longer makes his own decisions.
