Her best friend, Becky Akinyi, accompanied the content creator to the hospital, and Pritty admitted she was scared.

She revealed that she had not told her mother that she was undergoing a cosmetic procedure involving liposuction and a tummy tuck.
Pritty said that the surgeon had asked her to indulge in her favorite delicacies before the surgery.
"Today is my surgery day, and I am already late. Becky is taking her shower and I am already late. She is the one taking me. I have no one else. I have not even told my mum that I am having surgery. I have added some few kilos because I have been eating since my last day with the surgeon. I have been eating recklessly. I was told to eat,"
The influencer expressed her worry before the procedure, revealing that the doctors had shown her photos of people who had undergone the same procedures, and it scared her.
"I know I told you guys this in a hurry but I don't know if I have to explain anything. I am so nervous, I feel so afraid, I was shown some other people's before photos and I was like what the helly. We have to do what we have to do. I am so happy and hyped" Pritty said.
When they got to the hospital, Pritty was wheeled into the operating room, and after six hours, she got out with a swollen face.

Pritty struggled to speak and smile, and the nurses helped her get into bed. She explained that she had to lie on her stomach due to the surgery.
"This person is very strong, she is a strong woman," Becky encouraged Pritty.
"I have just woken up, I felt like crying. I was just crying," Pritty shared.
Speaking exclusively to TUKO.co.ke, reconstructive surgeon Dr. Brian Muli explained that while liposuction and tummy tuck procedures can yield positive aesthetic results, they also carry significant risks if patients are not fully prepared for the recovery journey.
He noted that many people underestimate the pain, swelling, and complications that can arise, especially if they resume normal activities too soon.
“Patients need to understand that these are invasive procedures which require strict post-operative care and patience during recovery. The swelling, discomfort, and occasional complications are part of the healing process, and following medical advice to the letter is key to avoiding long-term problems,” Dr. Muli said.
What struggles did Pritty face post-surgery?
Pritty explained that she felt pain, and the wounds had fluids seeping from them. She stayed in the hospital, and days later, she was sent home.
The influencer struggled walking down the ramp to get to her Uber three days post-surgery.
While at her house, she explained that she had to go back to the hospital since she had developed a complication.
"It's swollen it is making it hard for you to breathe?" Becky asked her.
"Hey guys it's day two since I got out of the hospital and unfortunately I am going back because my tummy is swollen. I am feeling uncomfortable. I cannot sleep on my tummy and on my side because everythis is swollen," Pritty said.
