Kalenjin artist Bella Comedy has broken her silence after being assaulted at Kutit Culture.

How Bella Comedy got assaulted at Kutit Culture
She was assaulted by Motiriot Kipkosgei, aka Pavilion, at the event. He was seen giving her blows as he held her by the hair.

Bella was struggling to get out of his grip, but she was not successful. Revellers stood by and watched as Motiriot assaulted her.
Why did Motiriot assault Bella Comedy?
One lady recorded the incident for Bella to use as evidence when she reports the matter.
Bella has since spoken about the matter on a TikTok livestream. She tearfully explained what happened.
The artist said she talked about Pavilion after she saw that he was trending days before the event.
In the video, Pavilion claims she soiled his name. Bella spoke about the similarities between Pavilion and another artist's young son, which angered him.
She said.
"You said that I have soiled your name online, but did you report me? You should have reported me if that was so. Why are you beating me? How many people have reposted your story? Am I the only one? I have not even posted anything about that child. My content is that I am doing it after it trends. I cover trending things only."
She was devastated that other men just watched as she got assaulted at the event.
"Men were just watching and it was really painful that my fans had helped me get the ticket I wish I never attended the event," she said.

Bella said that she wanted to visit the police station and was not planning on forgiving Motiriot despite his pleas to speak on the matter privately.
"It is not content I have suffered. I don't have kids anymore. The way he hit my uterus, he finished all my kids. I have suffered I know that if my mum were alive she would come be with me. Right now she sees me crying and people are claiming it's content," she said amidst tears.
Her personal effects were also stolen after Motiriot threw her bag to the side, and thieves took the opportunity to steal her phones.
In an exclusive interview with TUKO.co.ke, Bella said she was seeking medical attention and had acquired a P3.
"I am not well at all. I am waiting for a P3 then I want to seek medical attention," she said.

In other news, Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi has spoken after the assault video went viral.
The politician asked for the arrest of Motiriot. Sudi condemned Motiriot's acts.
Apart from Sudi, several other Kenyans, including gospel musician Emmy Kosgei, called out Pavilion.
What was Pavilion Motiryot charged with?
In other news, an audio of Pavilion admitting he beat Bella emerged.
He claimed she had been insulting him on social media despite warning her several times against criticising him.
The businessman, who has amassed thousands of followers on social media, said he only slapped Bella despite the hospital report that she suffered serious injuries.

Pavilion was presented at the Kibera Law Courts before Principal Magistrate C.M. Njagi, who charged him with robbery with violence and assault causing actual bodily harm.
According to the ODPP's statement, the Pavilion assaulted Bella, causing injuries to her chest, stomach and leg.
The ODPP also revealed that the accused robbed Bella of her KSh 30,000 and a Redmi 14 Pro phone worth KSh 26,000 at Carnivore Grounds, where the incident happened.
Pavilion pleaded not guilty to the charges and was released on a KSh 500,000.
