Machakos governor Wavinya Ndeti was among the high-profile guests captivated by the impressive bungalow built by the young entrepreneur, whose real name is Alex Davis.
The skilled contractor, celebrated for his exceptional moulding work, hosted an elaborate housewarming ceremony at his Ukambani residence, drawing notable figures such as Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka and Wavinya.
What happened at Prezzo's housewarming in Machakos?
In a show of grandeur, Prezzo arrived with his family in style before Kalonzo officially cut the ribbon to open the home.

The grey-and-white bungalow boasts a dramatic jutted roof design, brown asphalt shingles, patterned black-and-white cabro paving, and decorative stone landscaping. Within the expansive compound are additional uniquely designed structures, further showcasing Prezzo’s craftsmanship and architectural flair. However, the glitz and glamour have been overshadowed by tragedy.
Did Prezzo lose grandmother after housewarming?
On Sunday, August 10, Prezzo announced his grandmother's death. He shared a photo with his arm slung over her shoulder.
"Rip my grandmother aki umeenda hivyo tu," the heartbroken entrepreneur wrote.
On Monday, August 11, Prezzo shared another photo of his grandmother. The photo showed the elderly woman sitting outside a house with a cat. She donned African-inspired attire and a headwrap.
"Grandma, continue to rest. We shall meet," he captioned the image alongside crying emojis.
The posts, coming in the backdrop of the housewarming party, caught the attention of many social media users.

Is Charles Omuga Kabisae dead?
Legendary media personality, Charles Omuga Kabisae, died on Tuesday, August 12, after a prolonged battle with illness.
Kabisae, who started his media career at the Kenya Broadcasting Corporation (KBC) Dholuo in Kisumu before moving to KBC Kiswahili in the early 1990s, died aged.
Kabisae was popularly known for his role in announcing matangazo maalum and matangazo ya vifo (special and death announcements).
He died at the age of 65, and Kenyans from all walks of life mourned him with glowing tributes and condoled with his family.
Kenya Broadcasting Corporation (KBC), where Kanisae worked for the longest time, paid a glowing tribute to him.
The media house shared a black-and-white video of Kabisae reading death announcements, moving his fans to tears.
Kabisae's death comes months after another KBC legendary journalist, Leonard Mambo Mbotela, passed away aged 85.
The veteran journalist was buried in an emotional ceremony at the Lang'ata Cemetery. He is survived by a widow, Mwikali, and three children.
