She gave a blow-by-blow account of the incident, describing it as both humiliating and violent.

Kawira explained that she had informed her landlord of her intention to move out early enough.

“I had told the landlord that I wanted to move out because of the water issues. We had sorted out all the damages and agreed on everything, including how the remaining rent money I had paid would cover them. However, when I came home, I found him throwing my things out. Some of my belongings were broken. I had already paid this month’s rent, and he still owes me my KSh 25,000 deposit,” Kawira said.

His argument was that I had not moved out at 1 PM as I had said I would. I explained I was waiting for the movers and would have been gone by evening.”

Kawira also showed fans an envelope bearing documents that she said she received from the police that would help her take the matter to court after seeking medical attention.
