The influencer had recently been under pressure after it emerged that her boyfriend, Frank Doso, fell off a building and was rushed to the hospital.
She later came out to ask for financial help so her man could get proper treatment as he was due for surgery.
However, Lydia was forced to defend herself after some netizens accused her of having a hand in Doso's falling off the building.

She denied any foul play and set the record straight on what led to Doso's accident that got him hospitalised for a few days.

The TikToker shared a video showing off her new look after undergoing an Ozempic journey. She joins a list of celebrities who are on a weight-loss mission.
In the video, she shared a before look where she wore a denim dress and a black hat, which showed a bigger size of her.
In her post-Ozempic look, Lydia wore black trousers and a maroon vest top, and she turned around for fans to see how much weight she had shed.

How did Doso apologise to Lydia?
