South Africa-based Uganda socialite Zari Hassan's husband Shakib Cham has addressed claims about his wife's pregnancy.

Videos had emerged of Zari hinting that she was pregnant, leaving netizens excited and congratulating her and Shakib.
However, months later, she shut down the claims with a video showing her flat tummy and hinting that she may no longer be pregnant.
Is Zari Hassan pregnant?
Shakib, in an interview with SPM Buzz, confirmed that indeed Zari was expecting his child, but she lost the pregnancy in May.
"Yes, she did. But I was not the one who said it. It was said by her, I think she is the right person to explain it more. I was aware of the pregnancy, and there are some things I always like to keep to myself," he said.
He, however, refused to give any further details about what led to Zari's miscarriage and urged netizens to wait for his wife's explanation.

Does Zari want kids with Shakib?
Zari once prayed that God bless her and her husband with two daughters as she attended the religious session in the UAE.
In a TikTok video, the mother of five was seen leading prayers as her husband chimed in with a loud “Amen” after each request.
Dressed in a golden hijab beside her husband, who wore a black kanzu and white cover, Zari prayed for a black G-Wagon, thriving businesses, two baby girls, a mansion, luxury trips, and everlasting love.
She also asked for loyalty, good health for her children, and a pink G-Wagon for herself to match her husband’s.

Can Zari have more kids with Diamond?
Zari, while on their Netflix reality show, Young, Famous and African, maintained that she can have a child with her ex, Diamond Platnumz, if she wanted to.
On the show, Zari confronted Diamond’s then-new fling, Fantana, making it clear that she knows him better than anyone and could have another child with him if she wished.
She told the Ghanaian singer that even though she was no longer dating her baby daddy, she could decide to add more kids, and there was nothing she would do.
According to Zari, Diamond was only telling Fantana things so she could fall head over heels in love with him.
She also pointed out that Fantana may have been jealous of her friendly relationship with Diamond, which was why she was raising issues.
In her last message to Fantana, she reminded her that she would soon discover Diamond's true character and run away from him.
Her sentiments sparked mixed reactions online, with some stating her reasons were why they avoid dating people with kids.
