Kartellah Maicy, a presenter with Radio 47, has wowed Kenyans with her football commentary during the African Nations Championship (CHAN).

The radio host previously worked with Vybez Radio, where she hosted the Vybez Adrenaline show before switching stations.
A video shared on TikTok depicted Maicy commentating on a Harambee Stars football game against Zambia. Harambee Stars earned a vital 1-0 win against Zambia in their Group A clash at Kasarani Stadium. The breakthrough came after the break when Ryan Ogam found the net, igniting jubilant scenes from the crowd.
The result confirmed their place in the knockout round as they pushed on with their quest in front of home supporters. Next, Kenya is scheduled to meet Madagascar at Kasarani on Friday, August 22, at 5pm.
