Her video comes hours after the Ministry of Health issued a nationwide alert warning against the misuse of Semaglutide, a diabetes drug sold under brands like Ozempic, for weight loss.

The Pharmacy and Poisons Board cautioned that off-label use exposes users to serious risks, including low blood sugar, acid reflux, and even life-threatening intestinal blockages.

What made Pritty Vishy stop using Ozempic?

Authorities urged the public to report adverse reactions via hotlines and digital platforms to help safeguard lives.

Vishy was explaining what her doctor was teaching her about maintaining her weight, as she recently underwent cosmetic surgery.

"From 1.25 to 5mg in a week, that means I have to lose a lot of weight in a week," she said.

She then showed the doctor giving her two injections as she screamed, leaving netizens wondering what she wanted her body to look like.

In her TikTok caption, Vishy wrote:

"I have been off Ozempic since April, and the doctor taught me some skills on how I could maintain my 72kgs. After surgery, I have been eating a lot more because of the meds I had to take, and sometimes I could not choose what not to eat because I was under my bestie's care and being strict, I felt like I was disturbing her. So I have gained 8kgs. I am five weeks on, and I am good now, so I have decided to take Semiglutide shots for a month and stay off it."
