Her video comes at a time when Kenyans are complaining about the high cost of living and the high taxes they are paying.
In her video, the influencer noted that her electronics are still the same, as she wondered how she was using five units daily.

In her words:
"Apart from this crazy weather that we are having, can someone tell me if I am the only person experiencing this. The rate at which my tokens are depleting is so crazy. What do you mean, I use five tokens in a day? Five units, I mean. I have looked at my calculations and realised that I used almost KSh 6000 to KSh 6500 in a month. Considering I have a few electronics. I am in so much disbelief, or is it that my token has an issue?"
Her sentiments came days after she launched an executive barber shop, and online users were happy to see Bahati show up to support her.
