Despite the national team's victory, Bahati has not yet delivered the money.
This has prompted criticism from fans and sports enthusiasts who want him to honour his commitment.
Bahati and his wife, Diana Marua, made the promise before the match, pledging to immediately give the players the money should the team emerge victorious.

The team did deliver with a 1-0 win at Moi International Stadium in Kasarani, but two weeks later, fans noticed that Bahati had not fulfilled his promise.
In response to the situation, DJ Kuch has come forward offering a solution.
Why is DJ Kuch willing to help Bahati?
Speaking to TUKO.co.ke, DJ Kuch expressed understanding for Bahati's case and speculated that the singer may have been unprepared for the outcome of the match.
He suggested that the musician might be in a tight financial position and, as such, unable to fulfil the pledge.
"Bahati made that promise, but I think he was not prepared. He thought Morocco would defeat Harambee Stars just like many of us. People may think he is dodging his pledge, but maybe he is in a tight position. We understand this entertainment industry. I'm willing to bail him out," he said.

DJ Kuch further offered to lend Bahati the money under a formal agreement, with interest to be paid back.
"Let him reach out to me, and we can make a written agreement on how he will repay the loan, including a reasonable interest. I can give him KSh 1 million as a loan so that he can redeem himself. Otherwise, his reputation will be dented," DJ Kuch continued.
The pressure has been mounting on Bahati, with calls from fans and media personalities alike urging him to fulfil his promise.
What did Fred Arocho tell Bahati?
Earlier, sports commentator Fred Arocho took to his TV 47 show to call out Bahati for the delay.

Arocho revealed that Bahati had claimed to have contacted Football Kenya Federation (FKF) deputy chairman McDonald Mariga, but when Arocho followed up, Mariga explained that Bahati had been in Naivasha, shooting content.
Arocho also gave Bahati an ultimatum to fulfil his pledge by Wednesday, August 20, warning against clout chasing with Harambee Stars players.
What did Bahati discuss with Mariga?
Previously, Bahati had called Mariga to get consent to give the players their money.
Bahati expressed his worries about the pressure from the crowd during the conversation.
He explained the reason for the delay and requested Mariga's permission to pay the players the money.
