Eric Omondi exposed a Kitengela woman, Joyce Nyabuti, for allegedly conning Kenyans.

Eric is learning hard the importance of due diligence before using his platforms to help fundraise for vulnerable individuals.
The comedian visited Joyce in Kitengela after a video she put out claiming she was facing domestic violence.
In the video, a man was seen pushing Joyce, who was holding one child, and the other one was tugging at her legs.
It was alleged that the man was chasing Joyce out due to her children's mental health struggles.
Little did Kenyans know that it was all a plot to receive sympathy and earn money from unsuspecting Kenyans.

The woman and her friends had sat down and devised a way of getting money, and they came up with the clip.
She claimed that she paid the man KSh 200 to act as her husband.
“To say the truth, we shot this video on Sunday. We had decided to shoot the video along with my three friends. One of my friends told me their son has mental problems. That man in the video wasn’t my husband; he was a passerby and we paid him KSh 200."
How did Eric expose Kitengela woman?
Eric visited the family, and after sharing Joyce's number with Kenyans, he drove back home.
The comedian said that he felt something was amiss with the story as Kenyans sent him links of the boy Joyce claimed was her son.
He learnt that she was not the real mother of the boy and drove back to Kitengela to find out the truth, which he did.

In other news, the comedian helped a Githurai bedridden mum who was first discovered by actress Dorea Chege.
Dorea shared the woman's plight, and she broke down seeing the woman's young son taking care of her.
