Should people give out used wigs?

Celebrity beautician and salonist, Florah Adagi, in an interview with TUKO.co.ke, noted that gifting used gifts can be helpful but very tricky.

"Used wigs tend to be cheaper, making them more available to people who can’t afford new ones. However, people also suffer a risk of scalp infections, lice, dandruff, or skin irritation if wigs are not sanitised properly," she said.
