Why did CAF reduce Kasarani's capacity?

All of Kenya's games, except the one against Zambia, have been filled.

CAF cut back on Kasarani's capacity after fans caused trouble during their game against Morocco on August 10.

The governing board first let 27,000 supporters inside the stadium for the Zambia game, but they raised the capacity by 20%, so up to 36,000 fans could attend the game versus Madagascar.

Harambee Stars have had a big home edge in their games.

Head coach Benni McCarthy has said that the 12th man has been a big part of motivating the team, especially when they were playing with few players.
