Nyamu was among the few women leaders who were invited to a yacht party by the MP.
The senator leaked the invitation she had received from the MP. She also received a thank-you note from Chege. It read:

The ceremony took place against the peaceful background of the coastal sea.
It brought together close friends and a few chosen women leaders who came in style to celebrate the former Murang'a Woman Representative.
