Who leaked Karangu and Triza's viral audio?

After the audio recording of a heated argument between Triza and Karangu about Carol Kim surfaced online, both denied leaking it.

The leak was initially blamed on the blogger Githaiga wa Chai, who defended himself, saying he was merely sharing the message.

However, Triza accused Carol of being responsible for making the recording public.
