In the live-stream video by Azimio TV on YouTube, Member of Parliament for Homa Bay Town constituency, Peter Kaluma, is spotted speaking on the podium before he was interjected by the Father.
The priest warned the man for the act, noting that he was not in the market and should have known better.
"Just a moment Mr. MC, can that gentleman with a hat go out. Si ulikuwa unajua kwa nini umeingia nayo? This is a church, not a market! I'm sorry Mr MC, continue," he said.
Kaluma, who was on camera the entire time, appeared stunned and unable to utter a word as fear struck him.
The Father also warned members inside the church, presumably politicians, not to give money to those who were pleading for cash outside.

Speaking to a church minister identified as Phoustine, she disclosed that maybe the Father saw it as disrespect.
"He must have seen it as disrespect especially during a somber occasion as someone's mass. In some churches, they do not take such lightly," she said.
Ong'ondo Were's son calls for justice
Earlier, TUKO.co.ke reported that the son of the late MP Were, Boid Were, called for justice after his father's murder.
Giving a short speech at the requiem mass after the family was called up to speak, Boid did not forget to remind people that his father's death was not a normal occurrence.
In his eulogy, Boid recalled moments with his dad, noting he was his hero and how his unconditional love shaped him.
Acknowledging the arrests made so far of the main suspects behind the shooting, Boid also noted that the family wants those who sponsored the shooting to be brought to justice.
