CITAM Buru Buru Set to Move to New Multimillion Building as They Mark 18th Anniversary

The construction discussion had been ongoing for many years, but the actual groundbreaking began under the leadership of Reverend Jesse Mwai, who is now the Senior Pastor at Citam Valley Road.

The church governing body has been involved in the construction and planting of churches in different areas.

CITAM Buru Buru to move to new sanctuary

After years of waiting and praying, CITAM Buru Buru congregants are set to embark on worship in their new multimillion-storey building.

Reverend Stanley Mungathia, the current senior pastor at CITAM Buru Buru, has been giving updates about the progress of the church.

According to an announcement shared on the church's Facebook page, CITAM Buru Buru will be celebrating its 18th anniversary in its new sanctuary.

"Come celebrate 18 years of God's faithfulness with us on May 25th, 2025, as we dedicate and officially open our new Church Sanctuary. Psalm 66:5. Come and see what God has done, His awesome deeds for mankind!"

How much CITAM makes in year

In a different report, the annual report showing how much the CITAM churches collected in 2024 sparked mixed reactions.

The churches went viral after releasing their financial statement for the year 2024, as per tradition.

The church has 35 assemblies overall, and its biggest income came from Valley Road, Woodley, and Karen churches.

The ministry was praised by the public for showing transparency, and many requested to see other churches do the same.

The church’s interior features plush maroon seating, a polished oak pulpit, and top-tier sound systems.
