Another Co-op branch to be raided was Dagoretti.
The bank counselled its clientele in the affected branches to seek services in the nearby ones as the repair works commenced.
"Co-op Bank notes that two of our branches in Githurai and Dagoretti market were affected during the demonstrations yesterday. We advise that there were no injuries to any of our customers or staff, with minimal cash loss from one of the ATMS. Repairs have commenced immediately and the branches will be fully operational in the next few days. In the meantime, customers in the two branches are requested to access our services, as usual, at the nearest Co-op Bank branch," read the bank's official statement.
The bank was among the many establishments that bore the brunt of hooliganism that infiltrated the Wednesday protests.

Murkomen took stock of the damage caused by "anarchists who, in the name of peaceful demonstrations, unleashed a wave of violence, looting, sexual assault, and destruction upon our people."
According to the CS, not only were private establishments vandalised, but also the government's critical infrastructure.
He claimed roads, railway lines, electricity and water networks were vandalised.
The CS revealed that in some instances, the protesters targeted the homes and businesses of elected leaders allied to President William Ruto.
Which Ruto allies' homes were targeted by protesters?
Among Ruto's allies targeted as per Murkomen's account were National Assembly Majority Leader and Kikuyu MP Kimani Ichung'wah, Molo MP Kimani Kuria, Mathira 's Eric Wamumbi, Kieni MP Njoroge Wainaina, Mbeere South's Bernard Muriuki and Laikipia East's Mwangi Kiunjuri.
Troubled by how violent what was supposed to be peaceful protests turned, Murkomen remarked; "this was an orchestrated campaign of terror, an assault on our people, our Constitution, our institutions, our values, and the very soul of this Republic."
Government vehicles, police stations and a law court were among the installations damaged by the protesters.
The Inspector General of Police, Douglas Kanja, has since instructed the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) to begin investigations into the acts of lawlessness.
