Ndiangui affirmed that he is willing to cooperate with the authorities and even appear in court if necessary, on the condition that his safety is guaranteed.

Did DCI name Kinyagia a person of interest?
This comes days after the DCI named Kinyagia a person of interest and urged him to surrender to the nearest police station.
Speaking to the press on Monday, June 30, DCI boss Amin Mohammed stated that they had no information about Kinyagia's whereabouts.
This is after the court made a ruling requiring the Inspector General of Police, Douglas Kanja, and Amin to produce him in court and provide a concrete explanation of his whereabouts.
The DCI further stated that they linked Kinyagia to a viral post that he made on X, which highlighted an invitation and schedule to the June 25 demonstrations.
