One relative added that Rodrick's daughter, who perished in the fire, was set to join university when the incident happened.
"The daughter was supposed to join the university, but she was burnt in the fire together with her three-month-old baby. This is really sad. I would like to plead with the government to ensure that the people who did this are brought to book," the relative said.
