Kenyans in pain after death of Ong'ondo Were
Kenyans took to social media to express their pain following the demise of the lawmaker.
Yusuf Kaggwa:
"That is the same style in which many of our Ugandan men and women have been gunned down. Unfortunately, the Kenyan official is now gone in the same style. I hope Kenya can conclusively investigate the murder and bring the perpetrators to justice. May his soul rest in peace."
Dixon Sayanchagwa:
"Kenya should soul-search. Our system is crooked, and injustices are being brushed off with no stones left unturned. Unless urgent, honest introspection dialogue is done, we are doomed. Injustices must be dealt with with all honesty, executive, judicial, and legislative, past and present. We don't have a nation; our strife is internal and external. Still waiting for more? No one will be safe; it's long overdue."
Kenn Soi:
"Since broad-based government took over, this country has suffered from confusion. Kenyans are being butchered in every corner, who's now on the other side to protect our lives?"
Zteve De Chamz:
"Baba this is very painful, we can't continue looking at our people losing their lives unexpectedly in an assassin's way. Let's us know this assassin."
Governor Felix:
"We say sorry and move on!"
Rom Wa Ukweli:
"Rest in peace."
Kifaru Rhino:
"We sympathise and move on."
