The man, dressed in a blue apron, red gloves and a mask, pulled a silver trolley with four large wheels along the hospital pavement, attracting the attention of everyone outside on that chilly morning.

Fortunately, the trolley was fully covered and did not reveal the deceased.

The man carried on with his task, hastily but steadily pulling the trolley away as Ohemaa and others in the waiting bay watched in horror.
She expressed her shock at how unpredictable life could be, noting that a family had just lost their loved one that very morning.
“Just this morning, they are already sending a person to the mortuary,” she captioned the clip, accompanied by crying emojis.
