The woman, who works as a beautician, narrated that Fatxo had placed an order for a hair cream 11 days prior, but on February 22, he called her at dawn, asking if she had the cream with her.

"He called me and asked me where the products were. I told him I had them, and so by 10 minutes, he was at the location. I gave him the products and he left," she said, adding they did not converse much.

The beautician said it was the first time that Fatxo called her at 4am to ask for the products, adding that she found the call odd.

"I have known him since 2020, and he has always called me before 9pm. So the call was also odd. He said he was just from a meeting and was in a hurry. He told me he would send me the payment before the end of the day," she told the court.
