Comedian and philanthropist Eric Omondi has helped a woman who was mercilessly chased out of the house by her husband.

Joyce Nyabuti was captured in a video being harassed and forced out of the house by her husband.
Why was Joyce Nyabuti kicked out?
The man chased her with her two kids and her video touched many, including Eric, who had previously shared it on social media as he searched for Joyce.
Eric posted another video with Joyce and her two children, Chris, 6, and Rael.
She painfully narrated that her disagreement with her husband was over their children's mental health challenges.

After she was chased, her friend, Sarah, offered her an accommodation, where the comedian found them.

Eric Omondi's appeal to Sisi Kwa Sisi fans
Eric appealed to his fans to support Joyce, explaining that the kids had suffered trauma.
"These kids are traumatised. This one saw me and panicked. So guys, please let's support Joyce to get her own place and start her business. We can decide to build her a house. The way God will make it. Even this Sarah, let's not forget her. Team Sisi Kwa Sisi, let's stand with our sister. Let's give them hope by changing their lives. God bless you," Eric said in the video.
Captioning the clip, he wrote:

How did Eric Omondi help bedridden Githurai mum?
Previously, Eric accompanied a Githurai boy who acted as a caregiver for his ailing mother to visit their school.
Millicent Maina’s issue was first shared by actress Dorea Chege and her lover DJ Dibull.
The two had discovered that Millicent had been bedridden for four years and dependent on her young sons for care, and they took action to raise awareness and offer support.
Their emotional visit moved many online, prompting Eric to show up.
