Nairobi Woman Jubilates as Son Who Went Missing at Night Is Found After 2 Weeks
- Njenga, a Grade Seven boy from Ofafa Jericho Junior Secondary, was finally found safe and sound, as reported by his happy mother
- A neighbour identified as Mama Shamim shared how he left at night and was later seen in Uhuru Estate before completely disappearing
- On Saturday, March 7, Njenga's mum reached out to TUKO.co.ke, saying that he was back home and had been living in Kibra

Nairobi: A young mother is over the moon after her son, who went missing about two weeks ago, was found safe and returned home.

Speaking to TUKO.co.ke in an earlier interview, a neighbour identified as Mama Shamin, said that the student had been doing a good job throughout the day on Friday, February 14.
Mama Shamim said that Njenga stayed until around 7pm, and then they heard the gate opening up for someone to leave.
When the young boy left the house, his neighbours didn't think much about it, as they thought he had gone to buy supper for his mum, who normally returns.

In an interview with TUKO.co.ke, Njenga's mum said she received a call saying that a young man called and told her Njenga was in Kibra.
"Njenga is ok, he shared my phone number and I was called by a certain boy who told me to go and get my son. I looked for backup because I was suspicious of the call, and when we reached at the place, Njenga was there," she said.
"He was in Kibra, and we found that he was safe and sound may God bless you for supporting us to post and your prayers," she added.

Family in Anguish as son disappears
Elsewhere, the family of Victor Ndung'u Mwangi was worried when they received a call from school stating that their son had not arrived there after the midterm break.
Ndung'u was supposed to join others at Githumu Boys High School after the short break, but after parting ways with his mum at the Thika Main Stage, they never saw him again.

The Form Two student was last seen wearing his school uniform, and according to his father, he was last seen at Thika's Main Stage.

- The Arap Ng'eno family Bomet county really wanted to find their son who went missing from their home eight years ago. Speaking to TUKO.co.ke, a village elder from Konoin identified as Sammy Chepkwony said that Bernard Kipkirui did a mistake eight years ago and was jailed for it briefly
