In an extraordinary display of admiration, a fan has permanently inked the face of Kapseret Member of Parliament, Oscar Kipchumba Sudi, on his hand.

The man, identified as Lawrence Kibiwott Chemirmir, proudly showed off the tattoo on social media, proclaiming his unwavering devotion to his role model.
"The love I have for my role model is permanently fixed on my hand. Oscar Kipchumba Sudi forever! Ati munasema sio mimi? (Are you saying it’s not me?)," Chemirmir wrote while unveiling his new body art.
Mixed reactions over Sudi's tattoo
The tattoo, which features a detailed portrait of the outspoken MP, sparked a heated debate on social media.
While some praised Chemirmir's loyalty, others criticised the move, calling it an extreme and unnecessary gesture, especially for a politician.
Many netizens questioned the rationale behind such a permanent decision, arguing that political figures and public leaders often change their stance over time.

"I am shocked about the love people have for me. I would like to meet him. Where does he hail from?" Sudi inquired, seemingly eager to connect with his devoted fan.

Eldama Ravine boda boda riders celebrate Sudi’s birthday
This comes barely two weeks after boda boda operators in Eldama Ravine held a party to celebrate Sudi's birthday.
Led by their chairman, MC Vuvuzela Kiplagat, the riders baked a cake and shared it among themselves at the main stage.
They explained that they viewed the politician as the epitome of inspiration since he rose from the bottom to one of the most powerful men in Kenya.
