"It was an immense honor to stand in solidarity with family, friends, and the greater Kabuoch North Ward community as we mourned and celebrated the lives of Mama Mary Auma Okuthe and her son, Jackson Otieno Okuthe, of Kanyangasi Village. Jackson, or Jack as I have known him, was a long-time friend and a close family companion since our days in primary school. His untimely death has left a deep and painful mark on my heart, a memory I will carry with me forever. I sincerely pray that God Almighty welcomes both Jackson and Mama Mary into His eternal embrace, where they will find peace and rest in His heavenly kingdom.
Mama Mary and Jackson were exemplary individuals—humble, warm, and selflessly devoted to the well-being of those around them. Their legacies of kindness, strength, and compassion will live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing them," he shared.
