Parents lament over poor security
The incident has left pupils, staff, and local residents in shock, forcing the school administration to send the students home early.
Most parents who visited the scene lamented the lapse in security at the school, blaming the incident on the lack of a fence around the facility.
"This has annoyed me. To imagine that whoever did it dumped the body in a facility used by children. The school doesn't even have proper security protocols," Hanningtone Kidaha, a parent at the school, told Angela.
As of the time of filing this report, the body was still inside the hole waiting for an excavator to demolish the latrine.
This is a developing story. More details to follow.
