Why was John Maina saddened?

In a clip shared by Derrick Mbugua on Facebook, the clergyman looked hale, hearty, and confident while listening to the sermon.

Three weeks ago, the priest hosted former deputy president Rigathi Gachagua for a family day event and now his Subaru Forester remains missing, raising further questions as a probe into the brutal killing continues.

"There is order, disorder and reorder. Our country is in disorder and we don't know where we are heading. During campaigns, we were promised no more borrowing but now our head of state is out there borrowing yet Kibaki showed us that we can depend on our own wealth," said the preacher.
"Because even if you take that money…where is Moi now? In the grave? Kibaki too. Pope Francis too who handled billions? In the grave. What’s left behind are the lives that you touched. God bless you as you seek leadership and if he gives you, don't be like Judas," he added.

He urged leaders to be concerned about Wanjiku because tomorrow they might not be here and people will remember their kindness and legacy.
