Speaking during a church service at the Jesus Compassion Ministry (JCM) on June 29, Mofarm said that someone maliciously orchestrated the closure of his company, which exports avocados and boasts over 200 employees.

"Sadly, many of those individuals have now lost their jobs—about 200 people," he said.
"The farm had undergone audits for over seven years, but this person went and sprayed something, took photos, and falsely claimed that we use harmful pesticides. That’s how our company was shut down, and the case is ongoing," he added.

Why did Mofarm turn to God?

While at it, the besieged businessman asked for prayers from his congregants, adding that those who plotted evil will be defeated in Jesus' name. He revealed that it was a lie, and the bishop had been standing with him in prayer.

"Though I’ve been smiling on the outside, the truth is I’ve been going through a very difficult time," he shared.
"What pains me most is not just the attack on the business, but the 200 people who are now jobless—some of their families are even sleeping hungry—all because of someone’s wicked plan. But I trust in the God who fights for the innocent. He will win this battle for them, and they will go back to work," he added.

"Thanks to your support and the bishop’s encouragement, that business has helped us feed our families and even support some of the affected workers," he said.
"We’ve now waited over three months for a ruling on the case. Let’s continue praying and believing that justice will be served," he added.

People who had been following the story sympathised with the man of God and prayed for him.

Kiengei gets lost in airport alongside Mofarm

In another story, JCM church's Bishop Muthee Kiengei was a very frustrated man while travelling alongside his friends Wanja Nyarari and Mofarm.

The three were on their way back from the UK when they got lost, and in the end, all the man of God wanted was to return home safely.

In a hilarious sermon, Kiengei explained they were expected in Terminal Five and couldn't find the underground train to take them from Terminal Three. Mofarm was in trouble because a knife a friend had gifted him caused him to be arrested.
