Did Fares's wife attack the bride?

When the wife got to the front of the church with her child, she started clapping for Fares and his bride, and within a short time, the church turned into a battlefield with the woman hitting her husband.

Curiously, she never laid a hand on the bride, who sensed danger and took off at breakneck speed to save herself from the wrath of the first wife. The groom ran after her and so did other members of the congregation.
