Mourning and sorrow have turned into joy for Ciciliah Anyango, a hurting woman from Kakamega county.

Her hope and delight have been restored following the viral circulation of her touching story.
The single mother is now glowing after kindhearted well-wishers, moved by her situation, came through to support her.
Anyango, who was abandoned by her husband after giving birth, received help from generous Kenyans to get back on her feet.
Speaking to TUKO.co.ke, Dan Wema recounted meeting the single mum, who was forced to work on a farm shortly after delivery.
How much did Dan Wema give Anyango?
"She was weeding sugarcane with her baby sleeping a few metres away under a shade she had made for him. She opened up about how her husband left her after she gave birth. She had no choice but to immediately look for a menial job to care for her children.
It was very hot, and she had not eaten anything since morning. Despite the conditions, she worked hard. Her baby didn’t even have clothes, and she only had KSh 10," he said.
Wema gave her KSh 3,000 and promised to mobilise help for her through his online community to support her dreams.
Anyango studied up to Form Two before dropping out of school, but she still desired to return and pursue her passion.
Which vocational college did Anyango join?
"She wanted to study fashion and design. That’s what she aspired to do to provide for her children. My online community rallied behind me and made it happen," he said.
The apostle shared heartwarming photos of Anyango after she joined Chevaywa Technical and Vocational College.
She looked transformed and radiant, holding her newborn son, now dressed in adorable clothes.
She smiled broadly, showing gratitude to Dan and his online supporters.

Kakamega woman gifted new house
In another story, Dan was in the spotlight for helping another needy woman from Kakamega and her grandchildren.
Rodah Wanjala had been abandoned by her children after the death of her husband and was left with almost nothing, carrying a heavy burden alone.
Well-wishers came together to help Wanjala, raising funds to build a beautiful home for her and the little ones.
