Makadara Mama Mboga Whose Grocery Shop Was Raided by Goons Gifted KSh 20k: "To Start Again"

Makadara, Nairobi: When a young business lady lost her stock of fruits to goons in the Saba Saba unrest, she was devastated, but thankfully help has come right at her door; she never sought it.

Mugo was at her shop when a large group of young men passed by and started grabbing her fruits, then took off, and there was very little she could do about the whol ugly scenario.

The video was posted online and many people sympathised with the young woman who was just trying to make a living in an honest way.

How did Wema get Mugo?

Among them was Apostle Dan Wema, who was stunned by the ruthlessness of the people who took away the fruits.

Wema also told TUKO.co.ke that he defended her from people who wondered why she had opened her shop on such a volatile day.

Wema then launched a spirited search to find the woman, and he found her.

Some netizens had pointed out that it was easy to tell where she was selling from, as there was a signboard of a school right above her head.

"As I promised the mama mboga whose goods were stolen, I have given her the KSh 20,000 that I promised. Let her go and get more stock; her name is Esther. God first always," he said.
"We give because we understand how it feels by having nothing. She is very grateful and wasn't expecting anything after such a day,"he added.
