Nairobi – Social media was awash with emotion after TikToker Adisa Flex shared a heart-warming video of her long-awaited reunion with her brother, who had been missing for 12 years.

It all started when Adisa was sitting in a matatu when her eyes spotted someone who resembled her missing brother.

How Adisa knew stranger was her brother

Despite going on an important errand, she cancelled her plans, alighted from the vehicle and started following the stranger.

She disclosed that after over a decade of searching, the family concluded that he had died, but the pain never left.

She knew her suspicions were right when she called her brother's name and the stranger responded.

Adisa reunites with missing brother

In the viral clip, Adisa is seen embracing her brother with tears streaming down her face, a moment she described as nothing short of a miracle.

The heartbreaking part of the reunion was learning that her brother had fallen on hard times and lived on the streets.

“I can't thank God enough for this gift. After 12 years, I finally met my brother. Now my heart is at ease and my mum is happy. I take him to therapy,” she said.

After taking him to a restaurant to eat, the two got into a secondhand shop where Adisa bought new clothes for her brother.
