How Mish ended up in wheelchair

Clad in graduation robes and seated in a wheelchair, Mish emotionally recounted her journey from a vibrant young woman to a paraplegic.

The once-carefree student became a spinal injury survivor after a life-altering accident left her paralysed.

“I remember how I started school full of life, walking, laughing, dreaming big, never imagining how much things would change,” Mish shared in the video, which has since gone viral.

The overjoyed graduate added that when the accident happened, she broke her spine, leg, and part of her.

Accident didn't deter Mish's dreams

Her world was turned upside down. Suddenly dependent on a wheelchair, Mish was thrust into a long, painful journey both physically and emotionally.

She spoke candidly about struggling with depression, isolation, and hopelessness, admitting there were days she cried herself to sleep and mornings she dreaded waking up.

Yet amid the darkness, Mish held on.

“God held me. He carried me when I couldn’t carry myself,” she said, her voice firm with conviction.
