Why some men resort to violence when provoked
TUKO.co.ke spoke to counselling psychologist Cleopa Kinyua Njiru, who shared his insights on why some men react violently in relationships when provoked.
“These men often lack proper understanding of healthy relationships, and when combined with the pressures they face and the pain of heartbreak, it can lead to unresolved trauma and a desire for revenge,” he explained.
Njiru emphasised the need for greater mental health awareness, urging individuals to seek healthier, non-violent ways of resolving conflict.
