The video began as the mum seemingly pushed her son, who was sitting next to her. He quickly got up, raised his Nerf gun and aimed it at his mother.
He then threw it towards her, hitting her in the face, an act that visibly shocked everyone in the room.
All three froze for a moment, with the boy appearing more surprised than his mother. However, the incident appeared to be accidental, as part of the toy remained in the boy’s hand, suggesting it may have detached unintentionally.
Netizens react to boy’s behaviour
Reactions ranged from sarcastic jokes to calls for discipline with some netizens criticising the lack of immediate response, while others mocked the mother’s calm reaction.
Others suggested that the boy hit his mum by accident, pointing out that the back side of the Nerf gun broke.
