The young man, who spoke amidst excruciating pain, narrated that on the fateful day, the two men accosted him and took him to their house after accusing him of stealing their miraa.
Speaking to Inooro TV, Shadrack Muriira, the victim, said the two men undressed him and injected a red poisonous substance into his privates that left him wailing in pain.

He said the attackers told him they had sterilised him so that he never sires children over the alleged theft of miraa.
"They removed my pants and injected me with a red substance in my privates. They told me they were doing so so that they could sterilise me. They said hawataki mbegu mbaya itoke kwangu," he said.
Shadrack said that after being injected with the substance, he screamed in pain and then fainted. He woke up later to find himself at the police station.
"I am in so much pain. I can't sleep, and I am bleeding all the time and going to the washroom has become extremely difficult," he added.
Why Shadrack Muriira hasn't gotten justice
His family said that despite seeking treatment for Shadrack, he was experiencing incessant swelling, and they are now worried about his condition.
They said their efforts to seek justice for Shadrack have been futile, and they also denied claims that he stole the miraa, as accused by his attackers.
"They injected him with the poison in his private parts while insisting that he would never have a child. He has been in so much," Festurs, the victim's uncle, said.
Shadrack's mum, Truphosa, could not hold her tears as she demanded justice for her young son.
"I plead with the government to help us. I do not have much power, but please help my son," she said.
The family and neighbours claim the perpetrators are well-known to the community, as the one who did the injection is a doctor.
"Now all of us are scared of going to that hospital because we are worried he might do the same to us," a resident said.
