Miss Honey's difficult period

“I stopped self-pity and started seeking professional development opportunities,” she shared.

Her turning point came when she earned a coveted spot in the Fulbright Distinguished Awards in Teaching Program for International Teachers (FDAI).

Miss Honey's turning point

She joined the exchange program in 2021, a highly competitive opportunity that propelled her toward new possibilities.

The following year, she was accepted into an American university for a Master’s degree and courageously relocated, determined to rewrite her story.

In January 2023, life surprised her again, but this time, with love.

“Met my soulmate in January 2023. We held hands and I knew he was the one,” she wrote, reflecting on how love found her when she least expected it.

Miss Honey's rise to the top

That same year, she completed her Master’s program with a perfect 4.0 GPA, the highest possible academic score, earning top honours and graduating with pride.

2024 brought even more joy. She married the love of her life and welcomed a new baby boy, becoming, in her words, a full “boy mama” to three sons.
