Kenyan Dad Stuck in India with Baby with Heart Condition Seeks Help as SHA Declines to PayBills
- Baby Chloe and her dear mother Gladys Nyaboke are currently in India, where they are stuck after SHA failed to pay part of the bill, with CS Aden Duale claiming that a document was fake
- Speaking to TUKO.co.ke, her father said that initially, the bill was KSh 1.6 million, and SHA was supposed to pay KSh 500,000 for them, but sadly, that did not happen
- Sadly, SHA refused to pay the money, and now they have to raise KSh 500 000 and plus KSh 65,000 penalties
- They are now asking Kenyans to help them pay the required amount, which is KSh 565,000, so that Chloe and her mum can return home

India: The family of Baby Chloe Nyaboke is crying out for help, as they are stranded in India after she had successful heart surgery but could not pay the whole amount.

Boniface Nyang'au and his wife, Gladys Nyabonyi, were elated when their child, Chloe Nyaboke, was born but things changed when she was diagnosed with a heart condition, and only going to India for a life-saving surgery could help her.

At the time, Nyanga'u was required to raise KSh 1.65 million for his daughter's treatment and thus moved to seek help from the Social Health Authority (SHA).
Did Chloe's parents sign any document with SHA?
"The family had hope on SHA only to discover too late, when they were given discharge, that SHA couldn't cover as per the form they signed before leaving for India," Nyang'au told TUKO.co.ke.
"Now Baby Chloe is stuck in India where they charged more as much they are spending in hospital, they are requesting well-wishers to help them raise money to clear for them to be allowed be back to Kenya," he added.

Another story revealed that Samuel Mwangi, who hails from Kiambu, was facing a lot of problems with his body, as he lives with a spinal condition identified as transverse myelitis.
The 29-year-old man was categorical that his whole body was unable to move, and sleeping was also a problem, among other challenges.
He told TUKO.co.ke how the condition cost him an opportunity to go and study a course of his choice.
