Caren Chepchumba, aka Bella Comedy, the lady who was badly beaten by Motiriot Kipkosgei, alias Pavilion, has sadly called out people who stood by and watched her being beaten black and blue.

Many people were dumbfounded when they saw the lady being beaten at the Kutit Festival, and one lady who saw the commotion made it go viral.
The young lady has since explained that Pavilion claimed she soiled his name when she spoke about similarities between him and his young son, and it seemingly angered him.
What did Bella Comedy say about Pavilion?
She wondered why he didn't report her if he was aggrieved by her words on the TikTok platform.

The TikToker was emphatic that she does her content after trends and wondered why he didn't call out the other people.
Bella said that she wanted to visit the police station and was not planning on forgiving Pavilion despite his alleged pleas to speak on the matter privately.

What happened to Bella's personal effects?
"The way he hit my uterus, he finished all my kids. I have suffered I know that if my mum were alive, she would come be with me. Right now she sees me crying and people are claiming it's content," she said amidst tears, adding that her personal effects got lost as she looked for her bag.
"The men were watching me being beaten, you can be killed right there and then, they don't even have have mercy?" she asked.

Gender CS speaks on assault of Bella
Taking to her Facebook page, Gender Cabinet Secretary Hanna Wendot condemned the assault on the TikToker and vowed to help her seek justice.
"I have watched a deeply disturbing video of an assault against a young woman, identified as Bella, during the Kutit Festival at the Carnivore Grounds. We condemn in the strongest possible terms any act of violence, harassment or assault on women and girls. Such acts are not only criminal but also a direct violation of the fundamental rights and freedoms enshrined in the constitution," she said.
She assured that the Ministry of Gender, Culture and Children Services is working closely with the relevant law enforcement agencies to ensure this matter is investigated expeditiously.
"We further call upon event organisers, venue owners and security providers to uphold the highest standards of safety and protection for all participants and to ensure that preventive measures are robust, effective and strictly enforced," she said.
Pavilion Motiriot speaks after assaulting Bella
Meanwhile, Pavilion, who was captured in a viral video assaulting Kalenjin Tiktoker Bella Comedy, has spoken about the incident.
Bella was categorical that she was going to press charges against Pavilion, as people continue to watch the video and call for his arrest.
Additionally, Kenyans called for the arrest of the event's organiser. Many people stood by and watched as the young woman was beaten.
