Marianah, a fitness coach and businesswoman, said she left her home a few years ago in search of greener pastures.
She left behind her three siblings and parents as she took a leap of faith and travelled to Dubai.
Determined to change her parents’ lives, she wanted to do something special for them while they were still alive.

When did Marianah go to Dubai?
“One day in 2023, I left home to change home and my story. My God has answered my prayers this year,” her viral TikTok caption read.
She was overjoyed to have built them a gorgeous house, fulfilling one of her most anticipated dreams.
She shared a video showing the poor state of their home compound before the transformation, giving netizens a glimpse of their struggles.
They had several small wooden houses in a dilapidated state, reflecting the life she once lived.
Marianah appreciates stakeholders in her house building
Marianah also showed the house her parents lived in, giving a tour of the interior before the makeover.
“Through God, my parents have a new home 🙏🙏This is just the beginning of a new chapter. My parents have stayed in that place for 25 years, but now they can drink and dine in a big and better home 🏠.
A big thank you to anyone who supported me and believed in my dream. Through sleepless nights, hard work, determination, trusting God and the process, I can testify it was not in vain 😩😭. Give your parents flowers while they are still alive,” she wrote.
She later shared a video of the beautiful new structure she had built for her parents after her hard work abroad.
Teacher Cillah appreciates firstborn sister
The compound also looked cleaner than before, attesting to the effort Marianah put into ensuring her parents had a comfortable life.
Marianah’s sister, Teacher Cillah, was overjoyed at the awe-inspiring transformation and appreciated her in a separate video.
Cillah gave a brief background of their family, noting she was the third-born in a family of four.
“Thank you for the courage and for changing our home. You really did put a smile on our parents’ faces,” she said.
