A Kenyan woman was amazed at the great lengths her nanny went to in trying to make a simple dish remarkable.

The nanny’s only task was to prepare ugali, but she went the extra mile to impress her employer.

She didn’t follow the simple method of boiling water and adding flour. Instead, she integrated other ingredients into the dish.

In her preparation of the African staple, she used oil and onions as part of the ingredients.
