A spa owner in Ruiru, has shared how her business has gone down in an emotional video and she sadly demolish all she had built over a long time.
In the TikTok video, the lady said that she had built the business to help people around Kamakis, Ruitu and so on but sadly evil has prevailed.
"We wanted to make life easier for our girls around Eastern Bypass,Membley , Kamakis and Ruiru. We gave the best and did our best, but unfortunately, we can only say, we shall live to try another day. Thank you to everyone who supported us, may you never lack," she said.
Initially, it had emerged online that her landlord in the Eastern Bypass, Kamakis area of Ruiru’s Membley estate, had demolished the premises after the occupant failed to vacate upon the expiry of a vacation notice.
The news angered many people, who said the landlord was heartless for destroying the business, but the owner came out to disagree with this notion.
Apparently, the tenant, who had been seeking to sell the business, was reportedly still in negotiations with potential buyers when the demolition was carried out.

Did the landlord destroy the Ruitru business?
A TikToker wanted to know id the people broke the business voluntarily or were you evicted? She also asked if they signed a tenancy agreement?
"I have so many questions, poleni sana, I have closed business more than three times," she said.
The spa owner said, " It was our decision to demolish because we didn't get a buyer in good time and had to vacate the premises. No foul play, dear, " said the spa owner.
Speaking to TUKO.co.ke, Iruku Goko, who owns the MG Wines in Kibingoti, Kirinyaga county said there is the landlord's version which comes to play.

How will the spa dispose of its items
The business lady is now selling her items and has asked Kenyans eager to have them to use her phone numbers to buy.
"We still have our items for sale not taken up yet. We shall be going live on Saturday to dispose to recover our losses no matter how small. It's a first come first served basis and thanks again beautiful, kind strangers for your love and support,"she said.
