Kimani’s lifeless body was found two days after he was reported missing, despite search operations launched to locate him.

His wife, Jane Kimani, shared the devastating news, noting that police had already opened investigations to determine the circumstances surrounding his death.

She mourned him, saying he had left them far too soon.

“From last night, my husband, Paul Kimani Karanja is no longer a missing person, lost and found, though not alive. It's confirmed, and the case is under investigation. Sleep well, my love; you have left us too soon,” said Jane.

The businessman’s body was taken to Tigoni District Hospital Mortuary following efforts by the family and officers from Limuru Police Station.

A postmortem will be conducted to determine the cause of Kimani’s death.

When did Limuru businessman go missing?

Kimani was reported missing in August 13. His wife noted that he was last seen outside Star Supermarket, near Manga Corner, at 10.45 pm.

At the time, he was wearing a grey and black jacket, grey trousers, a white shirt, sports shoes, and a white cap.

Jane shared how much his disappearance had left their family confused and devastated.

“Your daughters are crying. I can no longer remain calm. Your firstborn is strong and full of faith, your baby boy does not understand why everyone is crying, and as for me, only God knows,” shared Jane.
