Kangoya, Kiambu: A puzzled and anxious family is asking the government to intervene in the case of their brother, James Kariuki, who is rotting in a Dubai jail and needs KSh 70 million to be released.

He left on February 5, 2020, to look for greener pastures. Initially, he had worked in Dubai for eight years without a problem.
"When he went for the second time, he claimed that people used his ID for stealing millions of dollars, and although he reported the matter, he did not get any help.

"Those people employed Kariuki in their company as a manager, and after stealing their money with his name, they now want it to be paid, and we didn't have the money or a way out.
Why does Kariuki's family need government's help?
At the home of the home of Kariuki, the family had turned to divine help because, as it stands, that's all they have for now.
The family is now calling in the Kenyan government for help as they believe that their son is paying for the sins of other people.
