Kenyan Man with Bone Cancer Sadly Dies, Family Appeals for Help to Raise K Sh 3m Hospital Bill

Nairobi: Kenyans from all walks of life have been thrown into mourning after the death of beloved YouTuber Peter Shire.

The young man was suffering from multiple myeloma, aka bone cancer, that had affected his spine and mobility. Before his death, Peter was due for a bone marrow transplant in India, and his family had requested KSh 6 million from well-wishers.
"We appeal for your support; every contribution counts. He has already undergone two spinal surgeries in Kenya but he needs this life-saving sugery," said his family in a poster.
On August 20, @Wapendwa muziki shared on Instagram that they got an emergency call informing them that their dear friend @petershiretunya, who had cancer of the bones, was in critical condition and needed their support and prayers.
"Guys anything you have will go along way. paybill 8060719 account your name. or send wave +254718696806 (Monica)," they said then.
On August 21, Monica announced her husband's death on Instagram. saying she was unsure how to say goodbye.

How did Momica announce Peter's death?
"How do I even say goodbye๐๐๐๐๐Moochie, tell me how? The pain is too much๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ," she said.
As soon as she said her goodbye, friends started trooping to her wall to console her.
Milly Wa Jesus mourned him in a heartfelt post, also sharing how his condition started when they were playing football all in the backyard.
"Life is so precious ๐ โฆ our dear brother @petershiretunya has been unwell for the past year, bravely fighting through the pain. I still remember the very first time he complained it was when we were playing football in the backyard. We thought it was just a small injury. None of us knew it was the beginning of such a tough journey," said Milly.

"Yesterday, his fight came to an end and we are heartbroken. Family, we need your help ๐๐พ. We are raising KSh 3 million to clear his hospital bill and give him a dignified send-off. Whatever you can give will go a long way," she added.
