A few days ago, a disturbing clip showed the woman desperately begging her 'husband' not to chase her away from their home.
In the video, a young boy was crying hysterically while he and his mother were roughly pushed out by the man as she was precariously holding another baby in her arms.

The video went viral, with well-wishers launching a search for the woman and the kids as they believed they needed help.
Among the well-wishers was Eric Omondi, who, through his Sisi Kwa Sisi, was able to raise about KSh 1m for the woman and the children.
However, it is now emerging that the video was part of a scheme to dupe Kenyans into donating to her.
In her own admission, the woman said:
"I will speak the truth, the video that you saw was filmed on Sunday. We decided to stage the whole scenario with three of my friends. We have been facing some financial challenges and so we decided to do it. Even the man in the video is not my husband. He was just a passerby, and we asked him to do the video with us," she admitted.
The woman revealed that the child with disability seen in the clip belongs to her friend, who was part of the plot to make a viral video with the hope of getting sympathy and donations.

When they were first busted in their lie, the woman claimed the child seen in the clip was her sister's, but it has been determined that they are just friends.
