"This is Kinyanjui from Nakuru, who had gone missing. By the mercies of God, he was found early this week, dumped in Nakuru and in deep pain, freshly circumcised,” she wrote.

Which car was Kinyanjui picked up in?

Nungari and the boy’s parents agreed not to press him with questions about what had transpired but to give him time to rest.

She added that Kinyanjui was picked up by a luxurious vehicle and taken to Naivasha, where he met his peers.

“He was picked by a Toyota Land Cruiser Prado on the road and taken to Naivasha, where he was circumcised and also met other young boys who were left there after undergoing the same ordeal. May God deliver those boys,” she added.

Netizens horrified by Kinyanjui's state

The news shocked social media users, who flocked to the comment section of the post to react:

Kaylynn Kay:

“Now my question is: those foreskins, where were they taken? And if they want to do anything bad to hurt those kids using their foreskins, may they all die before completing their mission.”

“How old is the boy? Was he delayed by the parents in undergoing the rite of passage? I feel the pain but also see both sides of the coin.”

Mayree Msoo:

“And how on earth do you do such a thing to a minor? 😭😭😭 As a mother of a boy, I feel the pain. How? How? How wicked are those people? 😡😡😡 Where are they taking the foreskins? The blood shed? What type of tool did they use? Lord, this is so painful 😭😭😭 Hide our sons from this evil society.”

John Ndungu:

"Had he been circumcised before, or was it his first time? Because if it was his first, the pain will slowly fade away, but if it was the second time, he must be in great pain that may last for some time. Speedy recovery to him.”

Alice W Mugo:

“Meaning there are so many boys whose parents probably don’t even know where they are 😭😭😭. And if the parents don’t know, what’s the point of the circumcision? Or is there a demand for the foreskin?”

Should Kenyans reject circumcision?

In another story, George Peter Opondo Kaluma, Member of Parliament (MP) for Homa Bay Town constituency, called on Kenyans to reject circumcision.

The legislator argued that the practice was based on lies as he urged Kenyans to oppose it and do away with it.

While some agreed with him, others remained adamant, citing the health benefits associated with the practice.
